1.Product Description: Beta-Carotene powder 1% CWS is a yellow to orange, free-flowing powder.Manufactured by spray drying adopting the advanced micro-encapsulation technology. The individual particles containing beta -carotene are finely dispersed in carbohydrates.Dl-alpha-tocopherol and ascorbyl palmitate are added as antioxidants. As a yellow coloration agent or as a nutritive supplement for beverage, water based foods, bread, dairy products, ice-cream, etc. 2.
