Oligo-Chitosan consists of 2-20 of 2-acetamide-2-deoxy-β-D-glucose and 2-amino-2-deoxy-β-D-glucose residues linked by β-1, 4-glycosidic linkages in various proportions. Oligo-chitosan has many extraordinary biological functions:
it can regulate the human immunity, anti-tumors, anti-bacterial, regulate plants' growth and protect plants against disease.
Its' application covers a broad range, such as medicine, food industry and agriculture and so on.
